Qatar Green Center under the ministry has ended the awareness program activities which organized by several coordinators from Qatar Green Center for students.
Further, various  lectures in environmental awareness and education field have been illustrated in this program by several coordinators and engineers  for the students in different levels, on the title of  “Environmental requirements  for plant growth,” “The concept of Qatar  heritage,” “Propagating plants indoor ,” “Home garden Designs and eco-friendly parks, “ “The dangers of using plastic materials” as well as “ mistreated marine environment of the state  and  the effort of the ministry in preserving this resource.”
Moreover, this program covered many concepts of environmental awareness such as, the importance of plants in human life, modern irrigation method, protecting wild animals and natural plants, the role of plants against pollution, method design and the benefit of house garden, recycling and reusing of plastic material also, the role of the ministry in conserving marine environment in the state of Qatar.
Worth mentioning, the ministry undertakes series of activities in order to educate students in agriculture and environmental protection field, aiming to promote the behavior of society towards the environment.
Through these successful events, the ministry expressed about its gratitude by distributing rewards for the participants.
